When you start with Elle Supports, we’ll take some quality time to sit with you face-to-face to really get to know you. We’ll chat about your goals and needs, and explore the services you’re eager to access.

Your Support Coordinator will touch base with you and your service providers regularly to ensure things are humming along nicely. Reports are whipped up during key milestones, and a meeting is arranged as your plan nears its end to chat about your future dreams and needs.

Who can access these services?

Support Coordination is funded by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and is here to help you roll out your plan. When you’re piecing together your NDIS Plan, have a chat with your planner about the help you might need.

If you have other funding sources, like Transport Accident Commission (TAC), WorkCover, or Department of Veterans Affairs funding, we can help you coordinate your services as needed.
